About Patagōn – A Journey to the Table

You’re in for something special at Patagōn Argentine Grill. Anchoring the alluring restaurant is the custom open grill (Parilla), where the smoke from white-hot embers flavors your meal to perfection. Our grilling artisans (asadores) create works of culinary art with ingredients like fresh-caught fish from nearby waters, slow-roasted meats, and seasonal vegetables sourced from local farms. Executive Chef Brandon Cathey and Chef de Cuisine Stephen Moore studied their craft in Buenos Aires, and they translate their personal experience into authentic Argentine cuisine.

Earthy woods, open flame, and twisted metals converge in an atmosphere that is modern and undeniably Argentine yet mixed with the splendor of the Pacific Northwest. This modern-meets-rustic backdrop is the place to enjoy South American dishes made with locally-sourced Northwest ingredients. A thoughtful wine and cocktail list completes the experience and invites guests to linger throughout their meal.
